Maca for Men is a scientifically formulated blend of activated black, yellow and red maca designed to optimize male health and hormones. Ratios of maca colours are determined by analysis of macamide concentrations of the raw ingredients to create a macamide mixture ideal for male hormonal health. Every batch is standardised to ensure macamide potency. The powder is activated (heat-treated) so it can be consumed straight and is gut safe.
Incan tradition states that different colours of Maca can be used to treat different conditions. Our own scientific analysis indicates that this is because different coloured Maca phenotypes contain different bioactive profiles. New Zealand born founder and Co-director – Dr. Corin Storkey has over 15 years of academic and research experience, specialising in medicinal antioxidant chemistry, oxidative diseases, cellular protection, and health.
