Methods of Payment
VitaHealth accepts payment by a number of convenient options to suit you. Payment methods are presented as you proceed through the 'check out' when purchasing online.
We accept payment by:
- Visa / MasterCard
- Internet banking
- Cheque (New Zealand orders only)
You are able to shop in different currencies by selecting the currency of your choice at the top left corner of this website.
Please note that all orders will be transacted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) at the exact amount as displayed at the final stage of the checkout process.
Website and Credit Card Security
We take website and credit card security very seriously. We provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct online transactions. VitaHealth uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted over the internet.
Our secure payment systems are amongst the best in the industry and provide state-of-the-art payment security and fraud protection.
We use eWAY and PayPal to process all secure credit card payments. eWAY is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. Our environment meets the highest industry standards and guidelines. eWAY use the same security as the biggest banks in the world so you can rest assure that all the data you enter is highly protected.
To ensure you are accessing a secure server, check for a closed padlock symbol in your browser window as this show the SSL security protocol is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read "https" rather than just "http".

Visa / MasterCard
You'll be asked to enter your Visa or MasterCard number at the final stage of our secure checkout process. We use eWAY who use the same level of security as the big banks. eWAY has tier 1 PCI DSS compliance so you can rest assure that all the data you enter is highly protected.
AfterPay is an amazing and wonderful way of getting the things you need and want without having to pay everything up front.
- Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best.
- Pay nothing extra when you pay on time. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments.

NOTE. As of the 6th February 2023 we are no longer accepting PayPal as a method of payment. It has become very apparent that PayPal is at war with natural products and the dietary supplements industry, and are systematically banning many products from sale if one chooses to use their payment processor.
We no longer wish to support PayPal, as we believe all people have the right, and the freedom to choose supplements that they deemed fit for them personally.
We are currently working on additional payment options to service the needs for our customers.

Detailed instructions are provided when you select this option as your payment method during the secure checkout process. After submitting your order, you'll need to make payment of the total cost of your order directly to our bank account. Once it shows up in our account you will receive an email notification confirming this.

We will dispatch your order promptly once we receive your payment, usually same day or next working day.
Detailed instructions are provided when you select this option as your payment method during the secure checkout process. After submitting your order, you'll need to post us a cheque for the total cost of your order.
Please allow time for your cheque to clear. Once it shows up in our account you will receive an email notification confirming this and your order will be dispatched promptly.
