What is Afterpay?
Shop now. Enjoy now. Pay later. Afterpay allows you to have your online VitaHealth order sent to you as per a normal order. You can then pay for your order off over four equal instalments interest-free.

How can I pay with Afterpay?
Once you have placed your order you simply select 'Afterpay' during the checkout process as your preferred payment method. Once you press the place order button, you will then be redirected to the Afterpay website to complete your payment.

Do I need to register with Afterpay first before placing my order?
No, you simply select 'Afterpay' as your preferred payment method at checkout and follow the prompts to set up an AfterPay account.

Your first Afterpay payment
Once you have selected Afterpay as your payment option you will be redirected to the Afterpay website where you will need to provide your card details to complete the transaction. When your first Afterpay payment has been approve you will be asked to provide a password. You will have then successfully activated your Afterpay account and you will be able to make further purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your Afterpay login details next time you purchase from VitaHealth using the Afterpay payment method.

Is there a minimum spend for Afterpay?
No, Afterpay is available for all orders of any value.

Who can use Afterpay?
Afterpay is available if you live in Australia or New Zealand.
You need to be at least 18 years old and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
You will need a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.
You can use an Australian / New Zealand credit or debit card to make a purchase.

What does Afterpay cost?
You pay your instalments to Afterpay directly in accordance with the payment schedule, Afterpay will notify you via email. You will not pay anything extra as there is no interest added.

If you have a payment due but has not received by Afterpay in accordance with your payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will apply. A further $7 late payment fee will be added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid. Late fees are capped by Afterpay at 25% of the value of the order.

Please note that because an Afterpay account is linked to your credit or debit card, standard card fees and charges may be applicable. You should refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.

Is there a minimum spend for Afterpay?
No, Afterpay is available on all order values up to $1,000 in either NZD or AUD (this includes delivery)

How will Afterpay purchases or refunds show on my debit or credit card statement?
The transactions will appear as AFTERPAY PTY LTD.

How will I know when my next payment is due?
Once you have placed your order with VitaHealth and used Afterpay as your payment method, you will be sent an email from Afterpay notifying you of your payment schedule. You will also be notified by Afterpay prior to each payment being due.

What happens if my order has been sent to me and I don't or cannot pay my future instalments?
Because you have made a payment arrangement with Afterpay and yourself, Afterpay will pursue you themselves for settlement of any debt owing. VitaHealth has nothing to do with outstanding money owed. If you try to pay for any further VitaHealth orders using Afterpay, your approval will be at Afterpay’s discretion.

Will I always be approved to use Afterpay?
No, you may be declined if you have too many outstanding orders with Afterpay. You will need to ensure some payments are made towards some of your previous Afterpay purchases by logging into your Afterpay account and selecting “Pay Now” before attempting to make another purchase using Afterpay.

What happens if I return an item/s originally ordered using Afterpay?
VitaHealth will advise Afterpay to refund you the value of the returned item/s. Afterpay will then cancel any future payments owed or refund any payments that have been made.

Can I return an order paid for using Afterpay?
Yes. If a product is not right, the customer can return any item they are unhappy with back to VitaHealth for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition (unopened, with undamaged packaging). Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
