Everyday Health NZ Bee Pollen, as the name suggests, is pollen collected from bees. Beekeepers harvest this precious substance by placing a screen over the hive with openings just large enough for the bees to pass through. As the bees enter, the screen extracts the pollen. Directions
Adults: Take two (2) capsules per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
