Directions
Adults: Apply up to six times a day, gently massage 1 teaspoon (5g) of cream, best before sleep or as professionally advised.
Children 6 Years and over: Massage one half a teaspoon. Children 2-6 Years: Massage one quarter a teaspoon. Children 6mths & over: Massage one eight a teaspoon onto feet and put on socks.
Cautions & Contraindications:
- For external use only.
- Suitable during pregnancy after the first trimester.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

New Zealand
We offer FREE track and trace delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, we only charge $5.90 for courier delivery to anywhere in NZ. This includes RD addresses and PO Boxes.
Delivery time usually takes 1-2 working days. - Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries. Our estimate for these is 2-3 working days.
Australia
