Directions
Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily with your largest meal, or for the maximum benefit spreas the dose throughout the day and take 1 capsule 3 times per day with meals. Or as advised by your doctor.

New Zealand
We offer FREE track and trace delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, we only charge $5.90 for courier delivery to anywhere in NZ. This includes RD addresses and PO Boxes.
Delivery time usually takes 1-2 working days. - Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries. Our estimate for these is 2-3 working days.
Australia
We offer three shipping options for our Australian customers, all with full track and trace. Delivery is available to rural addresses and PO Boxes.
