How long does it to take to process my order?
Vita Health aims to process every order as quickly as possible. In most instances, orders will be processed the same day if you purchase a product before 1pm NZST. If you place an order later on in the day, then your order will be processed the next working day. Your order will then be delivered according to the delivery option you have chosen.
We advise all our customers to allow between 1 and 2 working days for orders to be processed.
Please also be aware that sometimes we may have to wait until a product is in stock before we make the order. In these instances, we will get in touch to let you know how long you should expect to wait.
