Directions
Adults: Take three tablets 1 to 2 times daily in divided doses between meals. If you have a delicate easily irritated stomach take with meals.

We offer FREE track and trace delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $59.
For orders under $59, we only charge $5.90 for courier delivery to anywhere in NZ. This includes RD addresses and PO Boxes.
