Directions
Adults and teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 250ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.
Acute dosage: For optimal results take 1 half tablet up to 2-4 times over the day to allow all-day support and optimal absorption.
Children 9 – 13 years: Break 1 effervescent tablet in half and dissolve in 125ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.

We offer FREE track and trace delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $59.
For orders under $59, we only charge $5.90 for courier delivery to anywhere in NZ. This includes RD addresses and PO Boxes.
