Directions
Massage onto aching joints for quick support. Apply on the affected area up to four times daily, for maintenance. Can be used more regularly in acute cases if needed.

Key ingredients
-Capsicum: Provides temporary relief of minor aches and joint pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, and sprains. Applying creams and lotions containing capsaicin, the active chemical in capsicum, can temporarily relieve chronic pain from several conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, back pain, jaw pain, psoriasis, and other conditions. Capscain it also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.
-Comfrey leaf: Also known as ‘knit bone.’ A specific herbal extract to assist with joint health recovery. Results also suggested that comfrey can help treat osteoarthritis, as well as some injuries, such as ankle sprains.
-Arnica: A specific herbal extract for bruising and trauma to joints, ligaments, tendons and muscle tissue.
-Essential oils of peppermint, cinnamon and clove: Provides circulation support, a ‘cooling’ and analgesic effect for pain relief and comfort support.
-Methylsulfonylmethane: A Sulphur compound with anti-inflammatory properties. Research shows that it may be helpful in reducing joint pain, lowering inflammation, improving skin health, decreasing allergy symptoms and speeding recovery after exercise.
