Directions
Adults (over the age of 12): Take one capsule 2x daily with or without food, swallowed with a full glass of water. Do not exceed daily recommended dose. Users should consult a healthcare provider for use beyond 12 consecutive weeks, or to arrange for planned periodical breaks from supplementation.
Precautions
Do not use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Interactions may occur with antidiabetic medication, benzodiazepines, central nervous system and immune suppressants, thyroid hormones. Discuss with healthcare provider when dealing with auto-immune conditions and thyroid disease. Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery. May interfere with testing digoxin levels. Assess sedative effect before driving and using heavy machinery, as well as leisure activities such as rock climbing.
