Quick Colon Formula Part 1 aids in a general loosening up of the dried caked on the fecal matter which builds upon the walls of the lower bowel. Quick Colon Tomic (Part 2) has an adhesive texture when taken with juice. This texture can assist in pulling off the fecal matter.
Dr. John R. Christopher developed Quick Colon Cleanse Part 1 and Part 2 with one of his students, to accommodate the requests for a simple program to aid and support the detoxification of the colon. This combination is based on a different principle than his famous Lower Bowel formula.

The large intestine (Colon) is an important part of our body. Its role is vital to proper digestion and moving waste out in a timely manner. Often with a poor diet the colon can get clogged with accumulated matter. When this happens you may experience any number of bowel issues. Getting enough dietary fiber is the best way to make sure your digestive system works optimally but if food and waste are not able to move quickly through the intestines then it may be time to help encourage the body's natural detoxification process.
Directions
Adults: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health care professional.
Week 1
Take 1 capsule a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
Day 1: Start with only one capsule of Quick Colon Part 1 during or just after dinner. This formula works best when mixed with food.
Day 2: This morning you may notice an increase in your bowel action. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behaviour today or the difference wasn’t dramatic, then tonight increase your dosage to two capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. By the end of the first week, you should know what your dosage is. If not then remain on this formula only for an additional week to get regulated before you go on to the next step.
Week 2
At the beginning of week two, we begin to start Quick Colon Part 2 Powder. You will take this formula 3 times each day beginning in the morning. One hour after your morning nutritional drink. Mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Quick Colon (Part 2) Powder with 4-6 ounces of diluted juice. Do the same 1-2 hour before lunch and 1-2 hour before dinner so that you are consuming a total of 3 rounded teaspoons each day.
During or after dinner take your Quick Colon Part 1 as usual but increase the dosage you discovered the first week by 1 additional pill. If you feel a bit bound by the Part 2 formula you can increase your dosage Part 1 formula even more.
Helpful Hints: Drink Plenty of water, herb teas, diluted fruit and vegetable juices during this two-week colon cleanse. A good amount is between 64 and 128 ounces (8-16 cups) of liquid each day. This makes the program more effective.
Always use these products in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Precautions
Do not use this product when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious problem. Discontinue use and consult with your health care professional.
