Directions
As a herbal supplement take 3 drops to 1 teaspoon or externally as needed or as directed by your health care professional.
Orally: Shake Well. Take up to 6-10 drops 3 times a day or as directed by your health care professional.
Externally: Shake Well. Apply liberally and massage into the medulla (base of the skull) and upper cervical area.
Store in a cool, dry place.
