Vitamin B9
Most commonly known as folate, a naturally-occurring form of Vitamin B9 or folic acid which is a synthetic form. Vitamin B9 is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B complex family and is required for numerous body functions including adrenal function support and helps calm and maintain a healthy nervous system. Folate is particularly important for women who are pregnant. Can be found in abundance in foods such as beans, lentils, asparagus, spinach, broccoli and many more.
